Dr. Sameer Mittal

Background

A focused practice in joint care

Dr. Sameer Mittal is an orthopaedic surgeon whose clinical work centres on joint replacement and arthroscopic sports surgery. His practice covers the full arc of care — from the initial diagnosis of a joint or ligament problem, through surgical treatment, to guiding patients through recovery and rehabilitation.

He practises at Suyash Hospital, Raipur, with an evening clinic at Balaji Medicare (Fafadih) and a visiting clinic in Bilaspur on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month, treating patients presenting with degenerative joint disease, sports-related knee and shoulder injuries, and ligament instability.

"I believe good orthopaedic care is as much about listening as it is about surgical skill. My approach is simple: understand what matters to you, be honest about your options, and use precise, well-practised technique to get you back to the life you want — whether that's climbing stairs again without arthritic pain, or returning to sport after a ligament injury."
